Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with industry-standard encryption. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access data from servers they belong to. Ticket transcripts are sanitized to prevent XSS attacks and stored locally on our servers.

  • With Discord (as required for bot functionality)
  • With server administrators (ticket data within their server)
