By inviting Aether to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Aether provides a ticket management system for Discord servers, including ticket creation, claiming, closing, transcript generation, and analytics through both a Discord bot and web dashboard.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service
• Not use the bot for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the service
• Not use the bot to spam, harass, or harm other users
• Maintain the security of your Discord account and server
• Be responsible for all activity in tickets created in your server

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators are responsible for:

• Properly configuring the bot using the /setup command
• Managing support team roles and permissions
• Ensuring ticket content complies with Discord’s Community Guidelines
• Handling ticket data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Monitoring bot usage and reporting any issues or abuse

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share malicious content, malware, or viruses
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
